Latios

In a pokemon-mood lately. Been replaying Emerald and I recently caught Latios (nicknamed him Cobalt~), which made me get all fan-arty.

I have no idea what kind of attack i've conjured XD Looks somewhere between a Luster Purge, Dragon Rage and Thunderbolt Looks purdy though
